During several of those years, Mr. Bergmann was actively involved in Allied Construction Industries (“ACI”) an organization providing educational and support services for the commercial construction industry, was the Chairman of its magazine's Editorial Committee, and was the Chapter Attorney for the Walls and Ceiling Contractors Association and the Tri-State Plastering Institute.
With more than thirty years handling construction matters of all sorts, Mr. Bergmann has the knowledge, training, and experience to assist contractors, subcontractors suppliers, and owners on residential, commercial or public projects with their construction-related legal needs.

As examples of Mr. Bergmann's construction litgation work: he obtained a seven figure judgment in a Warren County home construction defect case; he prevented the construction of a Hamilton County subdivision due to a home design licensing issue (until a settlement was obtained); he procured the funds necessary to replace the driveways for all of his homeowners clients in a small neighborhood; and he represented subcontractors and suppliers in asserting six to seven figure contract award and non-payment claims on the Paul Brown Stadium, the expressway work circling Downtown Cincinnati's south side, and the Kenwood Town Place project.
Mr. Bergmann has additional, relevant experience which he has gained from handling business and real estate transactions; representing employers in employment and labor relations matters, and mediating, arbitrating, and litigating throughout his legal career.
