This firm would be pleased to assist any new or existing clients with their estate planning.
Mr. Bergmann has been helping clients with their estate planning needs for nearly three decades.
Mr. Bergmann helps his clients identify their estate planning objectives, educates them regarding the available means to attain those objectives; prepares any estate planning documents which they will need in order to accomplish their desired results; and assists them in successfully implementing their estate plans. Estate planning documents which Mr. Bergmann can prepare for clients, as appropriate for their estate planning needs, include (but are not limited to: Wills, Trust Agreements (of all sorts), Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care and for Financial Matters, Living Wills, Survivorship Deeds, Transfer on Death Designation Affidavits, and Limited Family Partnerships.

Avoid or minimize probate administration of their estates; |

Eliminate or minimize the estate tax liability of their estates. Reduce future income taxes; |

Specify how, when, and to whom their estates may or must be distributed during their lifetimes (while healthy or disabled), at their deaths, and/or post mortem (after their deaths); |

Designate who may act in their place with regard to financial, legal, and administrative matters, if they are legally incompetent or otherwise need help; |

Designate who may make health care decisions for them during any occasion(s) of incapacity; |

|
Specify whether they want extraordinary medical intervention if they are in the last stage of a terminal illness or an irreversible coma; |

Authorize use of their bodies for organ donation or other specified purposes; and/or |

For seniors--Minimize future reduction of assets through timely estate planning, acquisition of appropriate long-term nursing care insurance (if affordable), and making use of legitimate Medicaid-authorized asset allocations,exclusions, and exemptions. |
