Assist with the sale or purchase of residential and commercial  real estate, including the Sale or Purchase Agreement and all supporting documents
Conduct closings on the sale or purchase of residential or commercial real estate--cash or private financing
Handle consolidation or cut-up of residential or commercial real estate
Prepare Deeds, Land Installment Contracts, Lease & Rental  Agreements, Options to Purchase, and Rights of First Refusal, Easements, Licenses, and Right-of-Ways
Prepare documents for private financing, including Loan Agreements, Mortgages, and Promissory Notes
Establish (or oppose, if merited) Home and Condominium Owners Association Assessment  Liens, Mechanic's Liens, etc.
