With nearly thirty years of practicing real estate law, Mr. Bergmann has the knowledge, training, and experience to competently handle most residential and commercial real estate transactions.

•	Assist with the sale or purchase of residential and commercial  real estate, including the Sale or Purchase Agreement and all supporting documents
•	Conduct closings on the sale or purchase of residential or commercial real estate--cash or private financing
•	Handle consolidation or cut-up of residential or commercial real estate
•	Prepare Deeds, Land Installment Contracts, Lease & Rental  Agreements, Options to Purchase, and Rights of First Refusal, Easements, Licenses, and Right-of-Ways
•	Prepare documents for private financing, including Loan Agreements, Mortgages, and Promissory Notes
•	Establish (or oppose, if merited) Home and Condominium Owners Association Assessment  Liens, Mechanic's Liens, etc.
